Terry has been with EML since it was originally formed in Oxford in 1985. John joined straight from school in 1991 shortly after the company relocated to the North East of England and became Production Manager recently. Malcolm joined in 1995 after many years management experience with a local engineering company while Mark joined a year later after graduating from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle with a BSc (Hons) in Optoelectronic Engineering.  In 2008 Mark graduated with an MSc with Distinction in Engineering and Technology after carrying out part-time study.  He also holds a position on the WMO (World Metrological Office) CIMO Expert Team on Surface Technology and

Measurement Techniques. (More Details).
