The WindObserver - Ultrasonic wind sensors

The WindObserver range of wind speed sensors are ultrasonic 2-axis anemometers for the measurement of wind speed and direction. With no moving parts this wind speed sensor is ideal for use in extreme environments.
The WindObserver range of wind speed sensors has a high wind speed measurement range, optional high temperature de-icing system (which extends the operational temperature range to –55ºC), sonic temperature output and averaging.
This wind speed sensor features an IP66 rated stainless-steel housing, which is particularly suitable for use in salt-water environments. The WindObserver wind speed sensor is proven in airport, offshore, marine and naval applications and carries Lloyd’s register type approval.  Available in serveral versions depending on your application.
